Math Infinity is an after-school self-paced, supplemental math program designed for children Pre-K to 6th grade.
Materials are designed following US Math Curriculum Standards with a focus on California Curriculum.
Students attend sessions with an MI-certified instructor that has been trained to maximize each student's learning potential. Each student completes classwork during the session and leaves with equivalent homework to do at home.
Using math as the focus, Math Infinity help children develop their "true problem-solving potential." Because MI-certified instructors are trained to GUIDE children instead of teaching them, MI students are able to maximize their independent-learning skills.
AGE RANGE: Math Infinity's math program covers students ranging from ages four to thirteen.
WORKBOOKS: Each workbook contains 14 pages: 7 pages that is completed in the class, and 7 pages of equivalent homework. Pages 7 and 8 are manipulative pages that require the students to use certain manipulatives to complete the exercise.
CLASSTIME: Students attend pre-scheduled sessions which can range from 25-55 minutes per session, twice a week.
